Un concept paper sera présenté à la Commission européenne vers la fin de l’été, en vue d’inviter d’autres pays européens à participer à l’initiative. Ce concept paper a pour objectif de présenter le projet général, les différents thèmes de réflexion, les expériences de chacun en matière de prise en charge globale, ou encore les modalités de travail de l’équipe d’action.
Chacun est invité à participer à l’élaboration de ce concept paper. Il est ainsi possible à tous ceux qui désirent participer à ce projet d’apporter leurs contributions, faire ressortir les points qui leur paraissent importants, partager leurs expériences en matière de prise en charge globale, ou encore s’exprimer sur l’importance de la prise en charge globale des patients touchés par les trois grandes pandémies.
Pour participer, c’est simple, il suffit de vous créer un profil sur Vih.org en vous rendant sur cette page. Une fois connecté, (par exemple en haut de la page d’accueil) vous pourrez commenter les pages du projet.

Within the framework of the European Program for Action to Confront HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis, France accepted to form a European Action Team, with the goal of drawing up a European handbook of comprehensive care. Four preliminary meetings have been held in Paris. They brought together numerous experts, doctors, representatives of institutions, and associations from northern and southern countries, and they served to clarify the overall project and to establish the priorities.
A concept paper will be presented to the European Commission towards the end of the summer, with the goal of inviting other European countries to participate in the initiative. The aim of this concept paper is to present the general project, the various topics of reflection, the experiences of the various parties in the area of comprehensive care, and the working methods of the action team.
Each party is invited to participate in the drawing up of this concept paper. All those who wish to particulate in the project can contribute, highlight the points that they consider important, share their experiences in the area of comprehensive care, or express themselves on the importance of comprehensive care of patients affected by the three main pandemics.

Dentro del marco del programa europeo de acción para la lucha contra el VIH/Sida, el paludismo y la tuberculosis, Francia ha aceptado constituir un equipo europeo de acción con el objetivo de elaborar una Guía europea de asistencia global. En París se llevaron a cabo cuatro primeras reuniones. Las mismas reunieron a numerosos expertos, médicos, representantes de instituciones, asociaciones del norte y del sur y permitieron aclarar el proyecto general al mismo tiempo que se fijaban las prioridades.
Se presentará a la Comisión europea un concept paper hacia finales del verano con vista a invitar a otros países europeos a participar en la iniciativa. Este concept paper tiene por objetivo presentar el proyecto general, los diferentes temas de reflexión, las experiencias de cada cual en materia de asistencia global o incluso las modalidades de trabajo del equipo de acción.
Todos están invitados a participar en la elaboración de este concept paper. De esta forma es posible que todos aquéllos que deseen participar en este proyecto puedan aportar sus contribuciones, resaltar los puntos que les parecen importantes, compartir sus experiencias en materia de asistencia global o incluso expresarse sobre la importancia de la asistencia global de los pacientes afectados por las tres grandes pandemias.
